Should a qualifying condition arise, we will work closely with you to offer a fair and transparent resolution, which may include a replacement puppy or support for veterinary care.

4. Initial Adjustment Period (30-Day Health Protection)
We understand that transitioning to a new home can be a significant change for a puppy. To ensure a smooth adjustment, we offer a 30-day health protection period, during which the buyer should take the puppy for a vet examination to confirm their continued health.
If any illness is detected within the first 14 days that was present before purchase, Savage Kingdom Boerboels will take responsibility, offering solutions including covering medical costs or puppy replacement, depending on circumstances.
Buyers must notify us within the 30-day period with a certified veterinary diagnosis to activate health protection.

Failure to provide adequate care, improper feeding, or exposure to hazardous environments may void the health guarantee.
